Next business day support and sometimes same day support is often available. If your computer and internet are functional, remote support is the quickest option.
I try to reply within one business day. Unfortunately, the reality is that I’m only one person, so there are times I’m unable to meet that goal. Further, I do need to prioritize support for some clients I work with on an ongoing basis. If I have a heavy workload or am with a client, I would like to apologize in advance for any delay, and I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.
To help reduce costs and pass along some savings to you, I don’t have a brick and mortar storefront. Rather, I work out of a home office, so most of my work is either in-person or remote, although drop-offs are available by appointment.

Standard Support Rate: $160 per hour.
(Minimum of 30 min for remote support, and 1.25 hr for on-site support.)
